Abstract of JP63089501
PURPOSE:To produce industrially pectic acid by selectively converting methoxycarbonyl groups of the side chains of pectin into carboxyl groups without causing degradation of the chemical structure of its main chain, by saponifying pectin under specified reaction conditions and treating the saponificate with an acid. CONSTITUTION:Powered or slurried pectin is saponified at a about -2-10 deg.C in the presence of about 0.8-1.6mol, per mol of uronic acid residues of pectin, of an alkali (preferably, NaOH or KOH) in a lower alcohol such as an about 40-90wt% aqueous alcohol solution (preferably, a lower alcohol such as methanol), and the obtained saponificate is treated with an acid (e.g., hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid). According to the above process, pectic acid can be produced as a result of the selective conversion of methoxycarbonyl groups of the side chains of pectin into carboxyl groups without causing undesirable side reactions such as cleavage of the main chain of a pectin molecule. Further, this process can provide a highly pure product because impurities adsorbed by the pectin powder can be easily removed during said treatment and is industrially advantageous because masstreatment is easy. 谢谢chenwei6669，虽然只是摘要，总还是有些帮助的。再次感谢！
