肱骨远端骨折、桡骨头骨折、肘关节脱位，如何治疗

患者女性，高坠伤，左肘关节肿胀、疼痛、活动障碍入院
X线检查如下，如何手术？

It's a trouble case. These fracture including distal humeral shaft fracture, radial head fracture, cornoid fracture and elbow dislocation. Surgical fixation for humeral shaft fracture and elbow are needed.
