皮下泵脉冲式释放LHRH治疗小儿隐睾症

目的介绍一种治疗小儿隐睾的新方法——采用皮下泵模拟人体下丘脑脉冲式释放促黄体激素释放激素(LHRH)的疗法。方法选自本院1995年至1999年所收治的隐睾症病人19例(28只病睾)，采用经皮下泵释放LHRH方法进行治疗。结果完全下降占57.1％，部分下降占35.17％，其中3例手术治疗。结论用皮下泵模拟人体下丘脑脉冲式释放LHRH的方法治疗小儿隐睾症是有效的，无性早熟等副作用。采用LHRH疗法宜尽早进行，一旦治疗无效应选择手术。
Objective To introduce a new treatment for cryptorchidism in children —— with pulsatile-release LHRH imitated hypothalamus of human using a percutaneous pump. Methods Ninteen cases with cryptorchidism (28sick testes) were treated by pulsatile-release LHRH using a percutaneous pump. Results The complete descended rate was 57.1%and partial descended rate was 35.1%, of whom 3 underwent successful surgical therapy. Conclusion Pulsatile-release LHRH by using a percutaneous pump is effective for the treatment of cryptorchidism in children. No pubertas praecox and other side-effects were found. The procedures of the LHRH treatment must be performed as early as possible. If the treatment is ineffective, the surgical exploration should be selected immediately.
