职位描述/要求：
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
This clinical analyst role will be part of the Verification and Validation team for the Clinical Information System. Specific requirements include:
* Analyze clinical workflow for different departments in the hospital and identify validation scenarios
* Validate the CIS product to ensure the product meets the clinical requirement of different departments in hospital
* Assist in clinical configuration needs for delivery of production and demonstration systems.
* Support quality and regulatory teams in maintaining quality system, including program requirements, risk analysis and documentation.
* Provide consulting, coaching and training in clinical matters to the V&V, development and other internal teams.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
* Education: Bachelor's degree
* Minimum 5 years work experience in healthcare as a nurse, physician or other healthcare provider with at least 2 years of experience in ICU, NICU, ED or other critical care environment.
* Clear thinking, strong problem analysis and solving ability
* Team work and good communication ability
* Good English skill in reading, writing, writing and speaking
DESIRED:
* Experience with electronic clinical information system or other area of clinical informatics through clinical user experience
* Previous system management or clinical analyst experience.
* IT knowledge
