EndNote 9.01 update
EndNote 9.0.1 UpdateThe 9.0.1 Update for Windows includes approximately 50 performance enhancements and fixes for the EndNote 9.0 for Windows release. To install the update, open EndNote 9.0 and select Help / EndNote Program Updates and follow the prompts. After the update process completes, you can confirm that the update was successfully applied by clicking on Help / About EndNote 9.0. In the resulting window it should read "EndNote 9.0.1 (Bld 1748)".

Cite While You Write:
Fixed issues with dates / prefixes with multiple authors in an in-text citation.
Fixed issues with removing spaces from the title field before a colon.
Formatting bibliography with more than one reference from same author no longer leaves two commas.
CWYW no longer prompts to resolve citations even when all citation information is included {author, year #record number} when multiple libraries are open.
CWYW 'Traveling library' can now be exported into a new library.
Fixed issue of "Insert Note" inserting text in document instead of a bibliography number when using a numbered style.
Improved handling of author, date, and record number.
Fixed problem related to footnotes for repeated citations not formatting correctly for "Electronic Source" Reference Type.
Installer:

Improved imported keyword field delimiters.

User Interface:
"Open PDF / Open URL" command in menu is now active as soon as anything is typed into the URL or Link to PDF fields.
Improved scrolling in Output Styles drop down box on the tool bar.
Improved window functionality when libraries are opened via double-click.
Improved "Link To" options under References menu.
Refined several error messages for greater clarity.
Improved Print Preview format for Subject Bibliography.

EndNote 9.0 should be installed prior to running the 9.0.1 Updater.
- Download the file "EN901Patch.zip" (File Size: 870 KB)
- Exit all programs.
- Double-click on the "EN901Patch.zip" file to un-zip it.
- Double-click on "EN901Patch.msp" to install.
